High Protein Meals
three of my favorite recipes as of late for both paid and unpaid subscribers (and their macros)
If you’ve been seeing my videos lately you may have noticed that we’re mainly eating high protein, lower calorie meals. We’re in a bit of a cutting phase lately, and to me - that means still eating the foods I love. But actually. We had two different pizzas and my favorite salad in Seattle on Friday (shoutout to Sunny Hill). Most meals, though, this looks like taking existing foods I love and altering them to increase the protein content.
I’m going to give you three of my current favorite high protein meals. Two of which will be at the bottom, below the paywall. But I wanted to include one for my unpaid subscribers as well. So for all, here is the chirashi bowl we had last night and I can assure you, we will be adding this into the weekly rotation. Apart for the time it takes to cook the rice, the whole thing took about 5 minutes to assemble. It’s as decadent as treating yourself to a sushi dinner but half the price composed at home.
If high protein content is truly not your bag, do not worry! This will not all of a sudden be all that I ever post. Nor will it be the majority of what I post. As a content creator my guiding principle is to give you my reality not some hyper crafted version of it. The truth is, we are eating like this a lot lately so it’s hard not to share. I promise I will never tell you something is great that just isn’t. Low calorie or not.
Below this paywall you’ll find the recipes for our nearly nightly Fruity Pebbles Protein Ice Cream and Chorizo Baked Eggs.

If you choose to be a paid subscriber to access, I thank you! Developing recipes (well) takes time and can be quite costly in ingredients. If you upgrade to a paid subscription, you will receive new recipes 2x per month (minimally).
If you ever have questions about my recipes, feel free to comment on the post or even DM me! I am usually quite responsive, I do my best to be so.
