Welcome to my maternity leave! Where I get to rest and recover with my family and you get weekly recipes! Every month one of the recipes will be an Indian recipe - as I get asked for this quite a bit! It’s been a massive labor of love putting together all these recipes for you guys and I’m honestly so excited for you to get your hands on them.

DESSERT FOR BREAKFAST
The heading really says it all - it’s hard to parse out whether this is a dessert or a breakfast for the pure decadence of it. The only thing pushing it breakfast leaning is the health aspect. If you really want to bump up the healthy kick to your day, the oatmeal goes great with a stir of protein powder in it as well.
This breakfast is such a treat I find myself craving it with a sort of desperation. It’s hard to find a trio more compatible than cold crunchy fresh strawberries, nutty cocoa nibs and creamy pistachio paste.
